Shinjuku East Exit in the rain, fall 2025. This place is special to me because it's where I first arrived in Tokyo many years ago. The exit towards Kabukichō is characterized by dense, almost uninterrupted activity. Umbrellas, light reflections, and movement converge in a moment that makes the energy of this district palpable. It was precisely this atmosphere that I wanted to capture.
