14-day withdrawal period in the EU

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact me at mail@eduardwarkentin.art to obtain the return address. Items that are returned without a prior return request may not be accepted.

You are responsible for the return shipment and bearing the costs. After consultation, personal return in Potsdam is also possible. If you have any questions about returns, you can contact me at any time at mail@eduardwarkentin.art

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. In such cases, you are of course entitled to a replacement for prints or a full refund of all costs for originals.

Refunds

You will be notified once I have received and inspected the return. You will receive a refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
