FAQ

Here you'll find answers to the most common questions about my original oil paintings and canvas prints – from buying and shipping to delivery times and viewing in person in Potsdam.

Can I buy an original oil painting by Eduard Warkentin?

Yes. A number of new originals are created each year, mostly in oil on aluminium dibond. You'll find available originals under "Works" – a short email is all it takes to enquire.

Are the works also available as prints?

Yes. All works are available as high-quality canvas prints in various sizes, optionally with a shadow gap frame in three colours. Prints start at € 39.

Can I commission a motif or request a custom size?

Just send me an email with your request – I'm happy to advise you personally on sizes, frames or any special requirements.

How does shipping work and how long does it take?

I usually ship originals within two days of receiving payment, mostly via DHL. Canvas prints are made to order, so delivery takes about a week. In both cases you'll receive a tracking link once the work has shipped. You can find all details on the Shipping page.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the size of the work and – for originals – on the destination country. I'll let you know the exact cost before you buy.

Which countries do you ship to?

I can usually deliver to almost any country in the world. If you have questions about shipping to your country, just drop me a line.

Can I see an original in person before buying?

Yes. Available originals can be viewed and collected in person in Potsdam by prior arrangement. Just send me a short email and we'll set up an appointment.

Where can I see the works in person?

I exhibit regularly at the Potsdam Kunstverein. I announce dates through my newsletter.

How do I find out about new works?

I show new work to my newsletter subscribers first. A short email is all it takes to join.
