Ein charakteristisches Merkmal der Stadt Hamburg sind die Fleete, die direkt mit der Nordsee verbunden sind. Durch die Gezeiten schwankt hier der Wasserstand und verändert das Bild der Stadt je nach Tageszeit. Hier habe ich einen Moment mit besonders niedrigem Wasserstand festgehalten – nach einer eigenen Fotovorlage aus dem Jahr 2016. Das nordische Licht spielt dabei eine zentrale Rolle: Es besitzt immer eine gewisse Kühle, selbst wenn die Sonne scheint. Genau dieses Licht und seine besondere Stimmung wollte ich einfangen.
